Privacy policy

When you book a call or work with us, you trust us with details about you and your business. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

This website, jamesonwuchekwa.com, is run by (“we”, “us” or “our”), led by our CEO, James Onwuchekwa. We help Amazon and China importation coaches package their knowledge into a programme and build the ads, funnel and webinar system that sells it. This policy covers our website, our booking process, our WhatsApp and email conversations, and the work we do for clients.

Information we collect

  • Booking details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the answers you give when you book a strategy call.
  • Business details: what you tell us about your programme, offer, audience, sales and goals, on the call or in messages.
  • Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp, email or our forms.
  • Client account access: if you become a client, the access you give us to your ad accounts, pages, funnel tools and analytics, so we can do the work.
  • Payment details: handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Device and usage data: your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and the ad that brought you here, collected through cookies and similar tools.

If we ever record a call, we will tell you first and ask for your permission.

How we use your information

  • To book, prepare for and run your free strategy call.
  • To contact you about your call by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • To deliver the services you agree to, including running ads and building your funnel.
  • To send you useful emails and occasional offers, where the law allows. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To measure and improve our website, content and advertising.
  • To take payments, keep records, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Booking and WhatsApp

Calls are booked through Calendly, so the details you enter there go to Calendly under its own privacy policy and then to us. After you book, we may contact you on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Anything you send on WhatsApp is also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure our advertising. These may include analytics tools and advertising pixels such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google tags. They can show us whether someone who saw an ad later visited this site or booked a call.

You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad personalisation in your Facebook and Google account settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site from working properly.

  • Website hosting and maintenance providers.
  • Legal or government authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Your business information

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, to keep required business and tax records, and to meet legal obligations. If you book a call but don’t become a client, we delete or anonymise your booking details when we no longer need them. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Some of our service providers are based in other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is handled with appropriate care.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Terms of service

These terms explain how our website, our free strategy call and our services work. By using this website or booking a call, you agree to them. Please read them before you book.

Who we are

This website, jamesonwuchekwa.com, is run by (“we”, “us” or “our”). In these terms, “you” means the person or business using our website, booking a call or buying our services.

What we do

We help Amazon and China importation coaches turn what they know into a programme and sell it. Depending on what you need, this can include packaging and positioning your offer, writing your messaging, creating ads, setting up and running paid campaigns, building your funnel and webinar, and reviewing your leads and sales with you.

The exact work, timeline and price for each client are set out in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement wins.

Your free strategy call

  • The strategy call is free, and booking it does not commit you to buying anything.
  • On the call, we look at where you are now and, if we’re a good fit, explain what we would build for you and what it costs.
  • Anything we share on the call is general guidance based on what you tell us. Decisions you make from it are yours.
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please use your Calendly link or let us know as early as you can.

Fees and payment

  • We don’t show prices on this website, because every build is different. Your price is agreed with you in writing before any work starts.
  • Payments are due on the dates in your agreement. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it’s paid.
  • Payments are handled by our payment provider under its own terms.
  • Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Ad spend is separate

Money spent on advertising goes directly to the ad platforms, such as Meta and Google, and is paid by you. It is separate from our fees, and we do not control how the platforms charge, approve ads, or treat accounts.

What we need from you

  • Accurate information about your programme, your audience and your results so far.
  • Timely access to the accounts and tools we need, and quick feedback and approvals.
  • Confirmation that you own, or have permission to use, everything you give us, such as logos, videos, photos, course material and testimonials.
  • Responsibility for your programme itself, including what you teach, any claims you approve, and following the laws and platform rules that apply to your business.

Results and testimonials

Sales depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, your price, your market, your ad budget, platform changes, and the effort you put in. We commit to doing the work well and keeping you informed, but we cannot guarantee any specific income, number of sales or return on ad spend.

The results shown on this website, including client stories and payment screenshots, are real, but they are not typical and are not a promise of what you will earn.

Ownership of the work

You keep ownership of your programme, your brand and everything you give us. Once you’ve paid in full, the ad copy, creatives, pages and funnels we make specifically for you are yours to use. We keep our own methods, templates, frameworks and know-how, and we may reuse general lessons and approaches in other work. We will only show your work or results in our portfolio or marketing with your permission.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to do your work. We ask you to do the same with any private material we share with you, such as our internal processes and pricing.

Third-party platforms

Our work relies on tools run by other companies, such as Meta, Google, Calendly, WhatsApp and funnel or website builders. These companies can change their rules, prices or features, or pause and close accounts, without our control. We will do our best to help if this happens, but we are not responsible for their decisions.

Limits of our liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost opportunities. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending our work together

Either of us can end an agreement as it allows, or straight away if the other seriously breaks these terms. You will pay for work done up to the end date, and any refund will follow our refund policy.

Using this website

Please don’t copy, resell or misuse the content on this website, or try to interfere with how it works. We may update or remove content at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of . If a dispute comes up, please contact us first so we can try to sort it out together.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page. Signed agreements already in place keep the terms they were signed under unless we both agree to change them.

Effective 1 November 2026

Refund policy

We want you to feel safe working with us. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask for it.

Your strategy call is free

Booking and taking your strategy call costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You only pay once you’ve agreed a proposal with us in writing.

Before work starts

If you’ve paid and change your mind before we start working on your project, email us and we will refund you in full.

After work starts

  • Our fees pay for time and work, so work that has already been done cannot be refunded.
  • If you end the project early, we will refund any part of your payment that covers work we have not started, after deducting the work already completed.
  • If you pay monthly for ongoing management, you can cancel at any time with notice in writing. You keep the service until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and future payments stop.

Ad spend

Money spent on ads is paid directly to platforms such as Meta and Google. We never receive it, so we cannot refund it. Any credits or billing issues are handled by the platform under its own rules.

Results

Because sales depend on many things outside our control, we don’t give refunds based on results alone. If you feel we haven’t done the work we agreed to, tell us. We will look at it with you and put things right.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email with your name, the email you paid with, the payment date, and the reason for your request.
  2. We reply within 5 working days.
  3. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Please talk to us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. It’s usually the quickest way to get things sorted.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under the law where you live. If your agreement with us includes different refund terms, the agreement wins.
